Information about licensing in British Columbia for the real estate industry

There is a pre-licensing course that must be applied for by contacting Sauder School of Business at UBC .  The internet address for course information is: http://www.sauder.ubc.ca/re_licensing/programs/licensing/index.cfm

 

The Real Estate Council of BC also provides a facts and Figures booklet that anyone considering taking their license should make themselves familiar with.   The internet address for this information is:  http://www.recbc.ca/becoming_licensed/career.htm
